We all have goals and desires for what we would like in our lives, but they may not seem obtainable. Our first discussion will explore two questions: Who do we want to be? And: How are we going to get there? Using materials created by life coach, Alice Smith, we will discuss, explore and map our dreams and how to achieve them.
